## Flat-fee legal services

MC Law publishes a fixed price for defined legal deliverables across 39 practice
areas — contracts and transactional documents, and litigation work from demand
letters through appellate briefs. Every service page states the flat fee, what
the fee covers, the scope it is fixed at, the turnaround, the number of revision
rounds included, and the pass-through costs the fee excludes. Fees are hours ×
$325/hour rounded to the nearest $25, and each page shows that arithmetic.
